Setting for BIND or Kea interface
Our users are going to be either Kea users or BIND users. At the moment, there is no compelling use for having both in the same UI. I would like a setting, such as a per-user setting possibly, that establishes whether we are providing a BIND dashboard or a Kea dashboard. If a user sets Stork up for Kea, then we should not display menus or metrics or links (e.g. documentation links) for BIND.
