Create stub stork agent with the code generated by grpc.

The Stork agent will be running on the remote machine and "talk" to the services running there. Initially the Stork agent will be installed manually by the administrator. The server will use grpc to communicate with the agent. This ticket creates the stub agent implementation and returns basic information about itself, e.g. its version.
