Log view in Stork should be documented in the ARM

Following the issues #342 (closed) and #344 (closed), we need to document the feature of tailing the log file. Describe the list of the loggers presented in Kea app tabs, describe how clicking on the log file name takes you to the log view. The log viewer itself contains some buttons which operation should be explained.
