Fix typos and line lengths in ChangeLog

This is a result of sanity checks for Stork 0.13.0: #441 (comment 174495) There are typos in the ChangeLog: "develope" instead of "develop" in the entry 106. "eg." instead of "e.g." in entry 113. "adjuste" instead of "adjusted" in entry 114.

Also, some ChangeLog lines are too long (>73) and wrap in the release notes.
