Cannot fetch machine state when using IPv6 address

This is a result of Stork 0.13.0 sanity checks: #441 (comment 174641)

@godfryd pointed out that: "Adding agent to server using IPv6 address does not work well. Server cannot fetch machine state."

Need to investigate it further.
