cannot parse BIND 9 config file

When I start bind 9.17.8 (ubuntu 20.10) via systemctl start bind9.service I get the following error message bind9.go: 266 cannot parse BIND 9 config file /etc/bind/named.conf: fork / exec / usr / sbin / named-checkconf: no such file or directory, but when I start named in the terminal monitor.go: 158 bind9: control: 127.0.0.1:953, statistics: 127.0.0.1:8053 stork 0.14.0 is installed via cloudsmith.io.

I have already tried to put the user stork-agent in the bind group, but without success.

named-checkconf -t /etc/bind/ open: /etc/bind/named.conf: file not found

but named-checkconf -p shows me my current configuration
