As an user I can browse list of shared networks. Per server, what shared networks are configured, with what ranges?

• SubnetID, pools within the subnet - !72 (merged)
• How many addresses? (compute, some of our users have trouble figuring this out!) !86 (merged)
• How many of these addresses are currently assigned, how many of these addresses are available for use? !86 (merged)
