Look up individual lease by IP or MAC
(1): As an admin investigating a problem, I need to find out what is going on with specific IP/MAC address. I want to get as much information as possible related to this specific IP or MAC.
discussion from the Stork meeting: this is very specifically a help desk thing so should be available readonly and easy to read IMHO this is the #1 (closed) use case to address first. (Vicky) this might require looking in the forensic log rather than the lease db, but if a client is having trouble - the admin might want to see some history on the client. A SP is not going to bother with this in general, but an enterprise would. A SP in general is not going to root cause a problem with an individual endpoint, they will try restarting, replacing hw, that kind of thing first, and most of these problems are either (1) signal strength which Stork won't know about or (2) I forgot the other thing, but also something Stork wouldn't know about.
