Show leases for a selected host reservation

This issue is to address a basic functionality described here: #237 (comment 206372). Due to the limitations of the Kea API, we'll start with checking leases presence for a selected host reservation. We need to create a new host reservation view with a button triggering lease search for addresses and/or delegated prefixes.
