Include Grafana dashboard json files in the official RPM packages.

• Are you sure what you would like to do is not possible using some other mechanisms?
• Stork is in very early stages of development. If your request is not simple, it may be a while until anyone does anything with your request. Are you ok with that?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This will save effort to install the packages on systems which are not directly connected to the internet.

Describe the solution you'd like include the Grafana dashboard json configuration files in the official RPM packages.

Describe alternatives you've considered manually downloading from gitlab.

Additional context Include the configuration files from the /grafana directory in the RPM packages:

• bind9-resolver.json
• kea-dhcp4.json
• kea-dhcp6.json

The files could be included in /usr/share/stork/examples/grafana.

I'm assuming the same issue will exist for other packages e.g. deb packages.
