Security audit - Installation with a Script and Registration with a Server Token

Agent token is generated although not used so consider skip this part when 'server token' is used or inform that 'agent token' is there just in case and is not needed.

agent token stored in /var/lib/stork-agent/tokens/agent-token.txt 
agent key, agent token and CSR (re)generated
