Req 6.4 - Cache Hit Ratio

As a user, I want to know the effectiveness of my cache. Improving the cache hit ratio is one of the best ways I can improve overall throughput.

Eventually I would like to be able to test the impact on cache hit ratio of various settings, for help in tuning my configuration
