Stork Documentation review

This is a place holder for an editorial review of the Stork doc. The purpose is to clean up references to old releases, improve the English usage as needed, clarify bits that might not be clear to the reader, etc.

We had hoped to do this for 1.0, but Suzanne has been reviewing the Kea ARM, which is nearly finished now.
