Confused help and unused arguments in Stork Agent CLI

The issue was found during sanity checks for the 1.0 release.

Source: #645 (comment 253037)

The hint is in the help: stork-agent [global options] command [command options] [arguments...]. But how the user is supposed to know which options are global and which are command?

Why does it ask about the host or port when I specifically defined in using --host and --port? If it really has to ask, it should use the port I told it to use as a default.
