Default form for standard DHCP options with known definitions

When a user creates a new standard DHCP option in the host editing form, the controls for this option should be initialised using the option definitions. For example: if a given option comprises a single IPv4 address field, the input box for the IPv4 address should be displayed. It eliminates the need for the user to know the option formats and minimises the risk of errors.
