The alpine system distributes a very basic version of the ps command.
For testing purposes I would like to have the full procps set, so
I can list processes in a compatible way with other systems.

The alpine system is the only job that is failing the cpu system test:

This enables digit grouping in "stress" test output.

Pandoc is still used on v9_16 branch.

We don't have any ARM64 CI Runner at this time.

Also sort "VENDOR-VERSION-ARCH" variables.

krb5 1.18.2 was promoted to the "updates" repository.

Fedora's 'updates-testing' repository has fixed version of the krb5
package. Lets install it for the sake of 'tsiggss' and 'nsupdate'
system tests.
