We don't need the *.wild.example.org node marked. We need
wild.example.org.

for the next step of wildcard work, extended the notion of callback to
generic "node flags".  callback specific interfaces were replaced with
flag manipulation methods.

so that the main method will have a readable size.  no behavior change.

make sure a separate RBTree level exists for the wildcard and its
"wildcarding (parent)" names.
reject loading unsupported RR types with wildcard.

the subsequent tests will be invalidated once we merge #507, but
for the purpose of this ticket it should work.

And fix a bug why it didn't work (a check or nested zonecuts prevented
detection of DNAME).

No need to check every time this added domain isn't origin, we create
one at creation of zone and keep it.

from a pointer to bool (following BIND 9's style convention).

 - made contextCheck() a const member function
 - move the comment about exception guarantee from contextCheck() to find()
 - parentheses around return

Getting the NS returned delegation, it checked only if the callback is
enabled there and it was enabled because of DNAME.

The tests fail on assert in zonecutCallback currently.
