This way cppcheck should recognize it as such.

Instead of assignment in the copy constructor.

Put it so cppcheck finds it.

It contains pointers, doesn't make sense to copy and writing copy
constructors would be extra work.

They are used, but cppcheck is probably confused about use from friend
class and templates. I'd be confused myself and I'm not written in C++,
so it is excused.

SQL statement.  This corrects a MySQL flush timing issue that causes
the checkVersion unit test to fail under some Debian VMs.

Also make the memory segment tests run only where shared memory is available.
