Without this header the build fails on CentOS as it does not recognize
uint32_t type.

The cppcheck seems to have difficulty to figure out that the variable is
set and initialized within a loop and that it is read within another
loop iteration.

This fixes the omission in previous commit.

Discussed via jabber. Show the RRsets as documented instead of the
pointer.

(Note that output may be confusing since there is no delimeter
between the different records in the set. But this is
DBGLVL_TRACE_DETAIL so fine for now.)
