As the method was removed.

the tests now depend on libdatasrc, while libdatasrc needs memory.la.
so we need to build any tests after building all libraries.

the loadRRSIGFollowsNothing test now passes and is re-enabled.
the 'name unmatched' and 'type unmatched' tests are essentially the same
so are removed (so are their test zone files).

to catch any later regression.

instead of a local copy of it inside memory_client_unittest.

with a commented-out one that would reveal a bug of the implementation.
also did some trivial style fixes.

Though strictly it's not NSEC3 work, this is nevertheless required now
that both #2108 and #2109 are in master.
