Contributors statistics with line count

One of the frequently used reporting is the number of lines for a branch (typically master or main), split by the contributing author.

The idea here is to have a list of authors ordered by a number of lines they contributed that is still on master. If you contributed a lot of code and someone rewrote it, it doesn't count. Sorry.
