Drop the "(EoL)" suffix from version labels

Changing label names over time breaks GitLab markup using them. Using varying label text for different branches depending on their End-of-Life status also makes automation harder.

Make version labels consistent for all branches, both active and not. Only label colors will now be used for visually distinguishing versions that have reached their respective End-of-Life dates.
