Always use OpenSSL or PKCS#11 random data providers

Currently, we support OpenSSL, PKCS#11 or own (libisc) random bytes provider. Remove the embedded entropy provider and always use crypto library providers.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
