clang scan-build reporting possible null pointer dereferences

Jenkins build 203 (https://jenkins.isc.org/view/BIND/job/bind9-clang-static-analyzer/203/clangScanBuildBugs/) highlighted some possiible null dereferences in rbt.c.

(It is also reporting a variable that is not used after it is incremented.)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
