Run "less stable" unit tests in CI

There are net manager unit tests which are at the moment "less stable" in the CI than the rest of unit tests. Running them by default means CI pipelines results are overall less stable but those "less stable" unit test need to be run somewhere for them to ever become stable enough. The discussion started on Mattermost. The suggested solution is to run them on AWS stress test machines.
