Cleanup error handling now that dns_dnsseckey_create cannot fail

Coverity flagged unchecked return for dns_dnsseckey_create. With the changes to isc_mem_get to abort the process on failure dns_dnsseckey_create can no longer fail. Cleanup any error handling for dns_dnsseckey_create failures.
