digdelv test uses address outside of our control

digdelv tries to talk to 10.53.0.99 which is an address outside of our control. "network unreachable" can also be returned due to this.

We should also figure out a better way to do this sub test as we shouldn't be trying to talk to an address that is outside of our control.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
