Bind9 running on Ubuntu 22.04 using ISC's repos won't start after update to 9.18.11-1+ubuntu22.04.1+isc+2-Ubuntu
Bind9 (named.service), running on Ubuntu 22.04 using ISC's repos, won't start after update to 9.18.11-1+ubuntu22.04.1+isc+2-Ubuntu Not giving any errors in syslog that would point to the issue, it basically just goes and loads a bunch of zones then it just fails at an unexpected rcode (REFUSED) from primary (for multiple zones) but according to what I found this shouldn't stop named.service from starting. At this time I had to downgrade to ubuntu's package to get DNS working again, not ideal as they don't seem to properly implement new packages from bind so they are literally shipping out BIND with security issues that gets flagged by cyber security insurance's as being vulnerable. Any help or direction would be appreciated!
