System tests fail with Net::DNS 1.42

Net::DNS::Nameserver->main_loop no longer loops. This breaks reclimit and chain system tests which use Net::DNS::Nameserver in ans.pl.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
