Add short version of "stress" tests to MR-triggered pipelines

A recent issue might have been detected earlier in the cycle if "stress" tests were run as part of MR development.

Add a short (say, 15 minutes long) version of "stress" tests to MR-triggered pipelines.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
