fuzz dns_rdata_fromwire

Mark Andrews requested to merge 899-totext-fromtext-fuzz into master

fuzz dns_rdata_fromwire and pass any records that pass through dns_rdata_totext and dns_rdata_tofmttext and back with dns_rdata_fromtext ensuring that the origin wire form is returned.
