Add OpenBSD unit tests to CI

Michal Nowak requested to merge 1490-run-unit-tests-on-openbsd-in-ci into main

Apart from other maintained branches main does not require Kyua, which we don't provide for OpenBSD, thus we should run unit tests on this branch.

Unit tests run around two minutes on OpenBSD and don't fail in various ways, therefor contrary to system test on OpenBSD I opt for running them everywhere,
