Check config.log for ASAN errors

./configure checks might produce a false negative error due to ASAN errors and thus disable some options.

Check for problems like these: !4608 (closed).

https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/pipelines/63109 shows that this check works on ~"v9.11".
