Run GDB for crashed named servers

When a core file was generated after named crashed during a system test on 9.16, it wasn't processed by GDB, and no backtrace report was created. This is now fixed. There are also a few white-space changes.

1603598 is an example of a job which created two core files (one per test) but none of them was processed by the GDB.

This problem does not affect main not v9_11.
