Add missing "dnsstream_utils_test_data.h" to the Makefile.am

This commit ensures that "dnsstream_utils_test_data.h" is referenced by Makefile.am and, thus, is not missing from a created tarball.

This issue was introduced by an omission in !6707 (merged).
