Add Net::DNS prereq for several tests
Add a Net::DNS prereq for digdelv, fetchlimit, rpzrecurse, and zero tests to avoid failed tests when Net::DNS is not present.
To the extent applicable, which I assume is minimal to none for this submission (since it's only copying around pre-existing prereq.sh blocks), this is copyrighted Akamai Technologies, Inc. and provided under an MPL 2.0 license.
