dig: a -r option to disable .digrc

Following the discussion on the dns-operations list, it occurred to me that ~/.digrc is hostile to scripts that wrap dig, because the implicit options can cause havoc for anything that wants to parse dig's output. The simple answer seems to be yet another option...
