Draft: Resolve "Add setting of reservations inside of subnets"

Closes #54

  • Add moreReservations + to moreSubnets()
  • Alter moreReservations() to support the extra parameters from the aforementioned addition
  • Make GetStoredFormData() support adding the stored subnet reservations when reading
  • Make validate.php support these reservations in subnet and validate them
  • Make ShowConf.php support these reservations and add them to the JSON output in the subnet
