This fixes problem noticed with
g++ (Debian 4.6.3-2) 4.6.3
GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Debian) 2.22

The linker no longer indirectly links. The linker no loner
searches for dependencies.

This one line addition patch shared on jabber yesterday; builder had problem
again today.
