multi-thread compatible Host-Cache hooks libraries
In consequence of GL #2022 (closed) "multi-thread compatible Radius hooks libraries" The Radius hooks libraries are dependant on the Host-Cache hooks libraries. I suggest that the Host-Cache hooks libraries are also made multi-threaded or multi-thread compatible.
