Cloudsmith repository and local proxying
Presently, the Cloudsmith Kea repository setup script does not request any parameters. Therefore, if the client machine needs to use a proxy to connect via http/https to the outside world, there is no possibility of doing this without making hand edits to the script or changing things that were setup after the fact.
There were two resolutions to this proposed:
- Would it be possible to map the sources of kea and the entire tools in a tool such as https://debgen.github.io/ or https://debgen.xyz/ for Premium packages?
- Or ask for a proxy during the script setup from Cloudsmith? This one would need to be requested of Cloudsmith as this script is not created by ISC.
- Perhaps a sources.list tool that allows automatically generating the required sources.list (incl. token) + the gpg key while using the proxy.
I'm not sure if any are viable solutions but perhaps something else could be done?
