Bind10 doc dump. Removed old BIND10 designs from doc/designs

There are still a few more that I wasn't sure aren't useful. I could see either removing the whole designs directory, or leaving behind a readme that points to the gitlab wiki. Either way, I don't think there is anything in there that needs to be in the source tree.
