Resolve "error: 'chrono_literals' is not a namespace-name"
requested to merge 3605-integrate-clusterfuzzlite-libfuzzer-oss-fuzz-in-the-main-core-kea-repo into master
Closes #3605 (closed) a second time.
The first commit should suffice to fix the error. But the second one includes headers for everything used, and removes a few extra headers that are not used to make this kind of errors less likely.
