keama silently suppresses shared-networks with one subnet
The following discussion from !6 (merged) should be addressed:

@tmark started a discussion: (+1 comment) If a shared-network only has one subnet, keama emits only the subnet, omitting the network. I'm not sure I agree with suppressing the network in that case, but keama also does not log that the network is being omitted, leaving one to scratch one's head.
