Kea config viewer

Stork users would benefit from being able to view the current Kea configuration, as described here. This ticket aims to address the phase 1, i.e. retrieve the Kea json configuration from backend to front-end and display it.

This is a part of a much broader initiative to address the requirement as defined in #43 (closed).
