Make STORK_AGENT_ADDRESS optional

STORK_AGENT_ADDRESS should be optional and by default Stork should try to fetch the IP address from the system automatically (primary interface). In the case of multiple interfaces, take the one used (by the system) to reach "STORK_SERVER_URL".
