Update summer-report.md (vrr minor text edits)

I adjusted the articles and made very minor edits. Overall, this is very impressive, particularly your participation rate on the surveys! One metric to consider in the future is abandoned branches/MRs. Keeping this number very low is extremely useful - high numbers of abandonded branches and MRs show that some ppl are working on stuff that the rest of the team doesn't think is important.
