Extend mctx statschannel data with --enable-developer

Brian Conry requested to merge 2663-add-developer-mctx-size-detail-to-statschannel into main

When built with --enable-developer add the already-tracked size-specific stats to the statschannel output. This will give additional information about memory allocation patterns.

No CHANGES note necessary.
