Add the "Refresh SOA" state for the incoming zone transfers and improve the "Duration" field

This is the third and final part of the series implementing a feature requested by #3883 (closed) (the first two parts being !7984 (merged) and !8240 (merged)).

This part adds a "Refresh SOA" state, implements showing the local and remote addresses for that state, and improves the "Duration" field to show the duration for the "Pending", "Refresh SOA", "Deferred" states too (before the actual zone transfer starts).
