"Prepare One Click basic kea server" version 1

Working:

• running kea4 and postgres containers with network.

To do:

• Make Kea wait for db init script to finish before giving up.
• Decide about the script name. Some ideas: "One Click Kea", "Kea Bundle"
• Prepare a script that builds images and downloads the correct database init script for kea schema. (currently basic placeholder)
• run kea6
• prepare basic, safe, working configs
• make documentation entry
• run stork
